Wavethreader

This is a simple DIY synthesizer designed to showcase how waveforms work, look, and sound. Users can sculpt their own sample waveform using the sliders on the control panel, and with a press of a button load that new sound into the system, so they can play it on the keyboard. Also included are knobs for volume, octaves, and reverb, which allows a bit more control over the audio produced!

Everything within is made using simplistic tools and materials. The keyboard is made of just a couple pieces of wood, some copper tape, and springs from biro pens! And under the hood everything is controlled by just two Arduino boards, forwarding the user inputs through USB cables.

And all of this is contained within a neatly made box, with a carry strap on top for easy transportation!
